Tom Congalton founded Between the Covers Rare Books with his wife Heidi in 1985; the firm specializes in c20 American books. President of the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America in 2000-02, he currently serves on the Committee of the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB).
